Brown Girl, Corporate World is a private community and safe space for Black and Brown women working in corporate America and the world of business. With more than two decades of experience navigating roles within the technology, banking, legal, and media fields, we understand the unique challenges that Black and brown women face within corporate spaces and how the outcome of such challenges can have a considerable impact on our overall health, career advancement, and quality of life.

Our mission is to be a dedicated resource, sounding board, and advocate for Black and Brown women who, like us, are driven by greatness and an unwavering desire to succeed in any space that we occupy. Whether it be a huddle talk on how to navigate an evolving work environment, or learning the best tactics for seeking a raise, we serve our community with fresh, fun, and intentional content and resources that speak directly to the uniqueness of our needs and experiences as Black and Brown women working in Corporate America.

We are also an advocacy think tank and educational resource to allies, corporations, and government entities who wish to gain a deeper understanding of not only what it means to be a woman of color in business, but also understand how they can take focused and deliberate steps toward building a better business world for all.

As we seek to enrich the lives of every sister we touch, we pledge to share truth and flavor in all that we do by staying true to the fabric of who we are: fabulous and on the rise, just like you.

Welcome to our world.
